The Kansas Girl Adult Dorothy Costume includes a light blue and white gingham dress with an incorporated white blouse and attached white apron with a frilly net edge. At the front are two decorative straps with red buttons, as well as a delicate blue lace decoration. To give the dress more volume there's a lace underskirt with a bright blue trim that adds some extra colour to the outfit.

At the back of the dress is a panel of pale blue material that provides and interesting contrast to the gingham pattern while maintaining the attractive style of the outfit. The dress opens and closes with a long zip at the back that makes it easy to get into and out of.

Included with the costume is a small hand bag made of the same gingham fabric with a foam backing to give it solidity.
